Return and Refund policy

Every single request is honored on case by case basis. If you would like to return the product, please contact us with in 30 days from the delivery date. We would love to resolve the issue please go through the written return policy.

Customer claim

Customer can make return of the product (s) with in the 30 day of the purchased. No return will be allowed after the 30th day.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective

Customer will ship the product in an original condition.

No shipping charges and Tax will be returned.

Customer will be expected to receive refund within 5 days after providing us with return tracking number. Your credit will be returned to the same payment method or bank card. Customer will be notifying with an email once the return process begins.

Product warranty:

A warranty given by the manufacturer is totally based on the product quality and manufacturing. Other than this “limited warranty” there will be no warranties are implied to return the product if it gets damage during regular customer usage.

Changing or canceling your order:

If you want to change the shipping address or cancel your order after ordering the product(s) please contact us within 12 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 12 hours, the order will be sent to production, and you will have to waive the right to adjust the order details or to cancel it.. Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address to avoid any problem.
